Vision, Mission and Quality Policy

Vision:

To be a learner-centric institution of excellence in management and professional education, including computer applications, committed to academic quality, innovation, entrepreneurship, and social responsibility, and to develop competent human resources capable of contributing to sustainable development and nation building.

Mission:

In alignment with its vision, Ganga Global Institute of Management Studies (GGIMS), Begusarai endeavors to:

1.      Design, develop, and implement outcome-based curricula in accordance with regulatory frameworks and emerging industry and societal needs.

2.      Adopt student-centric teaching–learning processes, supported by ICT-enabled methodologies, experiential learning, and continuous evaluation.

3.      Promote research orientation, innovation, entrepreneurship, and skill development to enhance employability and lifelong learning.

4.      Inculcate ethical values, leadership qualities, and social sensitivity among students through co-curricular, extra-curricular, and extension activities.

5.      Ensure inclusivity, equity, and access to quality education, particularly for learners from rural and semi-urban backgrounds.

Quality Policy:

Ganga Global Institute of Management Studies (GGIMS), Begusarai is committed to continuous quality enhancement in academic, administrative, and governance processes in consonance with NAAC quality benchmarks.

The institute shall:

·         Implement Outcome Based Education (OBE) and ensure alignment of Vision, Mission, Programme Outcomes (POs), Programme Specific Outcomes (PSOs), and Course Outcomes (COs).

·         Maintain transparency, accountability, and compliance with statutory, regulatory, and accreditation requirements.

·         Strengthen internal quality assurance mechanisms through IQAC-led planning, monitoring, review, and stakeholder feedback.

·         Enhance student learning outcomes, progression, and employability through curriculum enrichment, industry interaction, and value-added programs.

·         Foster a culture of innovation, research, professional ethics, inclusiveness, and social responsibility for holistic institutional development.
