Seminar & Workshop Participation Guidelines

- Support Continuous Internal Assessment (CIA).

Eligibility
For Students:
- Regularly enrolled in MBA, MCA or BCA.
- Minimum 75% attendance.
- No disciplinary issues.
For Faculty:
- Permanent / Contractual faculty members.
- Approval from Principal / IQAC.
Approval Process
- Submit Participation Request to HOD.
- Attach Brochure / Invitation.
- Mention Date, Venue & Registration Fee.
- Obtain prior approval before registration (if financial support required).
Financial Support
- Registration fee reimbursement (subject to approval).
- TA/DA for outstation events as per norms.
- Preference to paper presenters & resource persons.
Participation Requirements
- Attendance in all sessions is mandatory.
- College ID card required.
- Maintain discipline and institutional dignity.
- Follow official dress code during external events.
Post-Participation Submission
- Copy of Participation Certificate.
- 1–2 page Summary Report.
- Key Learnings & Outcomes.
- Photographs (if available).
- Copy of Research Paper (if presented).
Code of Conduct
- Maintain professional behavior.
- Avoid political/controversial activities under institute name.
- Misconduct will invite disciplinary action.
Record & Documentation
- Department will maintain Participation Register.
- IQAC will compile annual participation data.
- Records used for NAAC / NIRF documentation.
