Mechanism Structure:-

Step 1 – Feedback Collection

  • Feedback forms are distributed at the end of each academic session or semester.

  • The forms may be collected through online platforms or printed formats.

Step 2 – Compilation of Data

  • All responses are compiled by the designated committee or quality monitoring cell.

Step 3 – Analysis of Feedback

  • The collected feedback is analyzed to identify strengths, weaknesses, and areas requiring improvement.

Step 4 – Review by Institutional Committee

  • The analyzed report is presented before the academic/administrative committee for discussion.

Step 5 – Action Plan Preparation

  • Based on the suggestions received, an action plan is prepared for improvement in teaching, facilities, and student services.

Step 6 – Implementation of Improvements

  • Necessary steps are taken to implement the recommended changes.

Step 7 – Monitoring and Follow-up
