Step 2 – Compilation of Data
All responses are compiled by the designated committee or quality monitoring cell.
Step 3 – Analysis of Feedback
The collected feedback is analyzed to identify strengths, weaknesses, and areas requiring improvement.
Step 4 – Review by Institutional Committee
The analyzed report is presented before the academic/administrative committee for discussion.
Step 5 – Action Plan Preparation
Based on the suggestions received, an action plan is prepared for improvement in teaching, facilities, and student services.
Step 6 – Implementation of Improvements
