These guidelines aim to promote quality research, ethical practices, and publication in reputed journals.

These guidelines apply to:
Full-time faculty members
Visiting faculty
MBA, MCA, BCA & BBA programmes
Interdisciplinary and collaborative research
Types of Research Publications
Faculty members are encouraged to publish:
Research papers in peer-reviewed journals
Scopus / UGC-CARE listed journal articles
Conference papers (National & International)
Book chapters (with ISBN)
Edited books
Case studies
Patents and innovative projects
Quality Standards
Faculty should ensure:
Publication in reputed, indexed journals
Avoidance of predatory journals
Proper citation and referencing
Original and plagiarism-free work
Relevance to academic and industry needs
Plagiarism & Research Ethics
Plagiarism is strictly prohibited.
Similarity index must comply with university/UGC norms.
Proper acknowledgement of references is mandatory.
Fabrication or falsification of data is strictly prohibited.
Ethical clearance must be obtained where required.
Violation may lead to disciplinary action.

Submission & Reporting
Faculty must:
Inform the department about accepted publications
Submit a copy of published paper to R&D Cell
Provide indexing proof (Scopus / UGC-CARE, if applicable)
Maintain record for NAAC documentation

Subject to institutional policy, faculty may receive:
Appreciation certificates
Publication incentives
Recognition during academic meetings
Consideration in performance appraisal
Collaboration & Consultancy
Faculty are encouraged to:
Collaborate with other institutions
Undertake industry-based research

Review & Monitoring
The Research & Development Cell / IQAC shall:
Review research output annually
Monitor quality and indexing standards
Encourage continuous improvement
